Our founder brings 20 years of industry experience, including 15 years in senior compliance leadership roles at leading global pharma and biotech companies, as well as extensive experience working with U.S. public and private organisations. This experience spans 85 countries across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
Educated at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva and the University of St. Gallen (HSG), she combines international law expertise with the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Compliance Management, and operates fluently across six languages.
Working with life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and healthcare companies, Heidelberger & Partners acts as a strategic business partner, helping organisations establish and maintain ethical, compliant, and risk-aware practices that support real competitive performance.
The company is based in Switzerland and operates internationally, with particular depth across US, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
